“Our final decision to build with Accord Homes for our duplex project in Buderim was taken after much deliberation. Over the 7 previous years we have used a number of project builders for investments and have fairly good results. However, as this was going to be our family home for us and my mother, it required a lot more thought and planning.
Both Antony and Michael listened to our needs, they were patient, flexible and more helpful than any builder we have used in the past. The build went smoothly, on time and we were all so thrilled watching each facet of our home taking shape before our eyes.
A lift had to be added which Michael and Antony helped arrange and made the installation hassle free, which we really appreciated. Their courtesy and professionalism is a credit to them both.
I also feel that having Accord Homes situated on the Sunshine Coast made any questions we had to be easily addressed on site.
